ダンサー・振付家のきたまりが、次にどんな音楽／演奏が流れてくるかわからない状態でダンスに立ち向かう、完全即興を己に課す場。
UrBANGUILDの食堂ライブ企画として、2018年10月から2020年3月まで計7回開催。
2018年10月に行ったvol.1は3日間。day1 ヨース毛 (cello) / day2 宮嶋哉行 (violin) / day3 ryotaro (acc, synth)と、
日毎に異なるUrBANGUILDゆかりのミュージシャンと切り結ぶ1時間のセッション。
2019年1月に臨んだvol.2は、自身のiPodからランダムに流れてくる楽曲と無音の時間を織り交ぜておよそ1時間半。
2019年4月のvol.3は、選曲にryotaroを迎え2時間。
2019年7月のvol.4は原田忍による選曲で2時間半。
2019年10月のvol.5では東京デスロック・演出家の多田淳之介の選曲で3時間。
2020年1月のvol.6では木ノ下歌舞伎主宰の木ノ下裕一選曲による3時間半。
2020年3月のvol.7はフィナーレとしてvol.1でセッションした3人のミュージシャン[ヨース毛 (cello)、宮嶋哉行 (violin)、 ryotaro (acc, synth)] を招き、完全即興のダンスと演奏を4時間。

vol8の今回は、「きたまりダンス食堂」の選曲券270分を#Keep UrBANGUILDで販売して実施するスペシャル篇として開催します。

“Kitamari Dance Shokudou” is a series of improvisation sessions in which Kitamari, a dancer and choreographer, has been challenging herself to dance tomusic without knowing what will be played next. It was held 7 times from October 2018 to March 2020 at UrBANGUILD as “Ur Shokudo Live”.

Vol.1 was held for three days in October 2018. Day 1 Yo-suke (cello)/ Day2 Saikou Miyajima (violin)/ Day 3 ryotaro (acc, synth). She crossed swords with UrBANGUILD’s regular musicians. Each session lasted for one hour.
Vol.2 in January 2019, she improvised for one hour and a half to the music randomly played from her own iPod as well as silence.
Vol.3 in April 2019, improvised for two hours tomusic selected by ryotaro.
Vol.4 in July 2019, improvised for two hours and a half hour tomusic selected by Shinobu Harada.
Vol.5 in October 2019, improvised for three hours to music selected by Junnosuke Tada, a director of Tokyo Deathlock.
Vol.6 in January 2020, improvised for three hours and a half to the music selected by Yuich Kinoshita, the leader of Kinoshita Kabuki.
Vol.7 in March 2020, improvised for four hours with musicians she improvised with in Vol.1, Yo-suke (cello), Saikou Miyajima, ryotaro (acc, synth).

The coming Vol.8, will be held as a special version to raise money to support the venue UrBANGUILD. For this event, “Ticket to Select Music” in total of 270 minutes are on sale in the #Keep UrBANGUILD Project.

Kitamari will dance to music selected by people who buy “Ticket to Select Music for Kitamari Dance Shokudou”.

きたまり　Kitamari
17歳より舞踏家・由良部正美の元で踊り始め、2003 年より自身の〈ダンスカンパニーKIKIKIKIKIKI〉主宰。
2006年京都造形芸術大学 映像・舞台芸術学科卒業。
近年はマーラー全交響曲を振付するプロジェクトを開始し、
2作目『夜の歌』で文化庁芸術祭新人賞(2016年度)を受賞。
また長唄を使用し60分間ソロで見せる木ノ下歌舞伎『娘道成寺』、
国指定重要無形文化財・嵯峨大念佛狂言のお囃子との共演『あたご』など、
日本の伝統芸能を素材にした創作や、
『We dance京都2012』『Dance Fanfare Kyoto』プログラムディレクターなど、
ジャンルを越境した多岐にわたる活動を展開している他、
完全即興を己に課す場としてUrBANGUILDの食堂ライブ企画「きたまりダンス食堂」なども実施している。
