由良部正美
1982年、舞踏グループ東方夜総会を退会後、ソロダンサー、振付け・演出家として活動を始める。たくさんのダンス作品、コラボレーション作品を発表。 2000年ヨーロッパ最大といわれるリヨン・ビエンナーレ・ダンスフェスティバルのオープニングに招待されたのはじめ、メルボルン・ダンスフェスティバル（2002年）、韓国のテジュンとテグでのダンスフェスティバル（2005年）、ポルトガルのSUL-Xダンスフェスティバル（2006年）等海外での招待公演も数多い。 又、又舞踏の黎明期を築いてきた笠井叡氏、大野慶人氏を2005年、2006年と招き、ワークショップ・トークセッション・パフォーマンスが一体となった「身体の裏側Ⅰ」「身体の裏側Ⅱ」を企画。古典の新芽シリーズでの文楽・義太夫との共演等その活動は幅広い。又長年舞踏クラスやワークショップを行いながら、他の身体技法や身体観との相対化の中で、新たな舞踏の血脈を辿っている。　 2008年7月から、京都の西陣にて、自身の稽古場件フリースペース、スペースＡＬＳ−Ｄを始動。 2017年から2019年に京都舞踏館にて舞踏作品「黄泉の花」を300回を超えて上演。 2020年からフランスのピアニストのThierry Ravassard 氏とのコラボ作品でヨーロッパ各地で公演を続けている。又新しい作品、「Joker」「息のゆきさき」で、舞踏の概念を拡げるような作品にも挑戦している。

Masami Yurabe Profile
After leaving the Butoh group Tohoya Soukai in 1982, he began working as a solo dancer, choreographer and director. He has presented many dance pieces and collaborative works. He was invited to the opening of the Lyon Biennale Dance Festival, the largest in Europe, in 2000, and has been invited to perform many times overseas, including the Melbourne Dance Festival (2002), the Daejun and Daegu Dance Festivals in Korea (2005), and the SUL-X Dance Festival in Portugal (2006). He also invited Akira Kasai and Yoshito Ohno, who were pioneers of the Butoh movement, in 2005 and 2006, and planned “The Other Side of the Body I” and “The Other Side of the Body II,” which combined workshops, talk sessions and performances. His wide-ranging activities include performing with Bunraku and Gidayu in the Classical Buds series. He has also been conducting butoh classes and workshops for many years, tracing new butoh lineages through comparison with other physical techniques and views of the body. In July 2008, he started his own practice space and free space, Space ALS-D, in Nishijin, Kyoto. From 2017 to 2019, he performed his butoh work “Yomi no Hana” over 300 times at the Kyoto Butohkan. Since 2020, he has been performing collaborative works ” l’eau et les rêves” with French pianist Thierry Ravassard in various parts of Europe. He is also challenging himself with new works that expand the concept of butoh, “Joker” and “Iki no Yukisaki”.etc

今 貂子　
舞踏家、振付家、今貂子舞踏研究所/舞踏カンパニー倚羅座主宰。 ’80年白虎社創立に参加。海外及び国内公演に出演、また、衣裳デザイン製作を担当。‘94年解散により、独立。’99年舞踏ワークショップ開始。2000年ワークショップを母胎に舞踏カンパニー倚羅座結成。’05年ヨーロッパ公演ツアー（スペイン、フランス、ドイツ）、各地で成功をおさめる。’07⁻’16年旧五條楽園歌舞練場にて連続公演。’16年-‘20年KYOTO舞踏館「秘色」ロングラン上演。‘19年還暦記念「闇の艶」公演（先斗町歌舞練場）。’20年今貂子舞踏公演「金剛石-Diamond-」公演（UrBANGUILD　Kyoto）にて、令和2年度文化庁芸術祭優秀賞受賞。以降’21年「愛ノ嵐」、’22年「彗星」を上演しコロナ三部作として結実。‘24年倚羅座舞踏公演「瑠璃坏（るりのつき）」、‘24年倚羅座舞踏公演「真珠と斧」。’21年より、「おんなのぼくしさん」-飯名尚人・今貂子共同作品-に取り組む。日本の芸能の源流にみられる「たまふり（命の活性化）」の力に支えられたアバンギャルドな舞踏の探求を通じ、独自の境地を開拓。

Butoh Dancer, Choreographer Artistic Director of Butoh Company KIRAZA and Director of Ima Tenko Butoh Studio.

Tenko was born in 1958 and studied Butoh from Isamu Osuga, who apprenticed with Tatsumi Hijikata, one of the founders of Butoh. From 1980 to 1994, Tenko was a core member of BYAKKO-SHA―one of the most acclaimed Butoh groups, performing with distinct recognition both abroad and locally. She also designed and produced costumes for the company. In 2000, she created the Butoh Company KIRAZA in Kyoto. From 2007 to 2016, she performed constantly in Gojo Rakuen Kaburenjo, a historical theater in Kyoto. In 2016, she began a long-run performance of her solo work ‘HISOKU’ at the Kyoto Butoh Kan Theater, a theatre specializing in Butoh, and she welcomed audiences from 68 countries around the world until the theatre shut down in March 2020 due to the pandemic of COVID-19. In 2020, Tenko became the first Butoh dancer to win the Award of Excellence at the 75th edition of the National Arts Festival by the Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japan for her performance “Diamond” at UrBANGUILD.She explores and pushes the boundaries of her arts and herself in the avant-garde field of Butoh. Her arts are supported by the Shinto practice of Tamafuri, “reinvigorating the soul,” a practice seen at the heart of Japanese performing arts. As one of Japan’s leading butoh dancers, she uses Kyoto as a base to breathe new life and vigor into the field of Butoh.

2013年より舞踏家 · 由良部正美氏のもとで踊りを学ぶ。それまでは踊りとは無縁だったが、一気に自分ごとになる。 由良部正美の代表的作品のひとつ「黄泉の花」(Underworld flower)でワキの存在として踊る。由良部正美の作品 「息のゆきさき」 (Stars above mirrored in the well below, high noon)ではデュオに挑戦。 ソロ作品はまだ少なく、これからの課題でもある。 私にとって舞踏は、カラダを通して、そしてカラダそのものへの、湧き上がってやまない生命(いのち) の謎・問いをみつめる大切な場です。
Miwako Inagaki Since 2013, I have studied dance under butoh dancer Masami Yurabe. Until then, I had no connection to dance, but it suddenly became a part of me. I danced as “WAKI” in one of Masami Yurabe’s signature pieces, 「Underworld flower」 I also attempted a duet in Masami Yurabe’s piece, 「Stars above mirrored in the well below, high noon」 I have yet to perform many solo pieces, and this is a challenge for me. For me, butoh is an important opportunity to contemplate the mysteries and questions of life that continually well up within me, through my body, and into the body itself.

Daniela Calvo
Daniela Calvo, an Italian performer and Anthropologist, conjugates butoh with her research in Anthropology and her experience in theatre, body consciousness, and folkloric dances from the Mediterranean, the Middle-East and Brazil. She approached butoh in 2003 through workshops with Kea Tonetti, Yuko Caseki and Atsushi Takenuchi, and performed in Italy and Brazil. She participated as an assistant at the theatre workshop “Body-Movement” held by Marcondes Mesqueu, directed to the service recipients of the Psychiatric Centre of Rio de Janeiro (CPRJ), where she also held a dance workshop with final performance in 2019. Since she moved to Kyoto, in Autumn 2023, she is following Ima Tenko’s workshop and participated in the performances at Ima Tenko butoh studio.

ダニエラ・カルボ
イタリア人パフォーマーであり人類学者でもあるダニエラ・カルボは、人類学の研究、演劇、身体意識、地中海、中東、ブラジルの民族舞踊の経験と舞踏を結びつけている。2003年、ケア・トネッティ、カセキユウコ、竹之内淳志らとのワークショップを通じて舞踏に接近し、イタリアとブラジルで公演。リオデジャネイロ精神医療センター(CPRJ)のサービス受給者を対象としたマルコネス・メスクー主催の演劇ワークショップ「Body-Movement」にアシスタントとして参加し、2019年に最終公演を兼ねたダンスワークショップを開催。2023年秋より京都に拠点を移し、今貂子のワークショップに参加、今貂子舞踏研究所での公演に参加している。

道場生基
石川県加賀市山中温泉出身。精神科医。
2018年より金沢舞踏館にて「舞踏譜の舞踏」を学び、蔵スタジオ公演<夏の陽炎>にて主演を務める。2024年より活動の場を京都に移し、今貂子舞踏研究所のワークショップ、岩下徹による湖南病院でのワークショップに参加し舞踏の研鑽を積んでいる。精神病理学の視座から舞踏の治療的な側面に着目しており、2026年からは豊郷病院精神科作業療法にて「舞踏セラピー」を主導予定である。
