私達は皆他者が決して覗き込むことができない
今ここという奥行きの中にある。
私達の眼差しは何処で出会うのだろうか。
暗く深い井戸の底に無数の星が煌めいている。
まるで骰子が偶然に投げられたように。

『月海‐つきうみ』- tsuki-umi
いのちの峠、やみから光、誕生。記憶の駒落とし、さいごの臨光。
たましい月へ海へ、、。母よ、僕を生んだ。
昔より月海女は姉妹。共に息吸い吐く、鼓動合わせ大地の万物、
山、樹、花、動物、虫、おんなおとこ生む。
遥か時過ぎ、母海病み、月に救い乞い、
光の羽に手紙託す。病み痛み越え、狂おしい浄化への祈り、
月海は女抱きしめ走馬灯、「楽しかったね、嬉しかったね。」
汚染の海母、飢え死した子抱く母、広島痛み、茶色い戦争、
いつの時代も死を越えて、命の花の子咲かそうと、
様々なイノチ走馬灯の燐光を天へ送る。イノリからオドリへ。
必死魂を走り続ける、イヌイットの犬、樺太の馬、しま梟。
閃光喜怒哀楽このカラダ走る。
産ム脱皮懐胎産ム、へその緒から胎児。
老婆は、幼い少女になり、戦後の苦しかった頃の
雪の商店街のふきっさらし楽器屋のピアノ鍵盤にショーウインドー
息吹きかけ、夢の楽曲を奏でる少女になる。
裸で、舞台に横たわれば、魂と遺体火の中で踊る。
駆け巡るバラバラの想い出、涙と笑い一緒くた。
ミニカー、だだこね、焼きそば屋、屋根から落ち、モーチンチン、
阿佐ヶ谷団地水玉模様、蝉、鬼ばば、水浴び、
観音とマリアの螺旋と8と円が全てを繋げて色彩花に。
銀河が私たちのすべての一つ一つの星花に。
「鳥よ眠れ眠れ愛しい子よ踊りなさい」月と海から声がする。

1982年、舞踏グループ東方夜総会を退会後、ソロダンサー、

After leaving the Butoh group Tohoya Soukai in 1982, he began working as a solo dancer, choreographer and director. He has presented many dance pieces and collaborative works. He was invited to the opening of the Lyon Biennale Dance Festival, the largest in Europe, in 2000, and has been invited to perform many times overseas, including the Melbourne Dance Festival (2002), the Daejun and Daegu Dance Festivals in Korea (2005), and the SUL-X Dance Festival in Portugal (2006). He also invited Akira Kasai and Yoshito Ohno, who were pioneers of the Butoh movement, in 2005 and 2006, and planned “The Other Side of the Body I” and “The Other Side of the Body II,” which combined workshops, talk sessions and performances. His wide-ranging activities include performing with Bunraku and Gidayu in the Classical Buds series. He has also been conducting butoh classes and workshops for many years, tracing new butoh lineages through comparison with other physical techniques and views of the body. In July 2008, he started his own practice space and free space, Space ALS-D, in Nishijin, Kyoto. From 2017 to 2019, he performed his butoh work “Yomi no Hana” over 300 times at the Kyoto Butohkan. Since 2020, he has been performing collaborative works ” l’eau et les rêves” with French pianist Thierry Ravassard in various parts of Europe. He is also challenging himself with new works that expand the concept of butoh, “Joker” and “Iki no Yukisaki”.etc

2013年より舞踏家 · 由良部正美氏のもとで踊りを学ぶ。
Miwako Inagaki
Since 2013, I was studied dance under dancer Masami Yurabe. Before that, I had no connection to dance. I am currently continuing her training at Space ALS-D. From 2017 to 2021, I appeared as a supporting actress in Masami Yurabe’s work 「Underworld flower」 which was a long-running performance at the Kyoto Butoh Hall and was performed more than 300 times. In January 2025, she appeared in the duo work “「Stars above mirrored in the well below, high noon」 with Masami Yurabe at the “Congress of Butoh soul ” held in Hong Kong. For me, butoh is an important place to look at the mysteries and questions of life that never cease to arise through the body and through dance.

Atsushi Takenouchi began his Butoh journey in 1980 with the Hoppo-Butoh-ha company in Hokkaido. His final piece with the company, Takazashiki (1984), was created with the direct guidance of Butoh founder Tatsumi Hijikata. In 1986, he created his own path: Jinen Butoh — as a universal expression of nature, earth, and ancient memories, embracing the rhythms of life itself. From 1996 to 1999, embarked on a three-year Jinen tour across Japan, performing over 600 site-specific improvisations rooted in natural landscapes and sacred spaces. Around this time, he learned the spirit of the universe of Kazuo Ohno and Yoshito Ohno.
-Since 2002, deperoped activity in Europe, working on solo Butoh and collaboration projects with dancers and actors, while giving workshops internationally.
His presence extends into film, notably Ridden by Nature, a multi-award-winning environmental art dance film by Kiah Keya.
-From 2015 to 2020, he directed an intensive Jinen Butoh school in Italy. Today, he devotes himself fully to transmitting Jinen Butoh through seasonal intensive workshops held both in nature and studio spaces — living his art as a continuous dialogue with life itself. In 2021, Compiling these experiences into a book, he published ‘Atsushi Takenouchi Jinen Butoh’ writing of his Butoh life, workshop contents and his Butoh performance works.

Hiroko Komiya is a sound artist who transmutes the ephemeral – air, space, movement, bodily sensation, and memory – into boundless sonic expressions beyond conventional melody and rhythm. Since 1999, she has been the principal musical collaborator for Atsushi Takenouchi’s JINEN Butoh, and has provided live accompaniment for his performances and workshops worldwide.
Her artistic reach extends beyond Butoh, engaging in multidisciplinary collaborations with filmmakers, sculptors, painters, poets, costume designers, and performers for exhibitions and installations. In 2022, she performed an 11-hour tribute performance to Félix Guattari (French psychoanalyst and philosopher) in Paris, alongside Ramuntcho Matta’s art music collective and Atsushi Takenouchi. In 2021, she embarked on a new project with US film/sound artist Chris H. Lynn, creating audiovisual performances with Butoh dancers, performed in Vienna, Warsaw, Barcelona, Mexico city, Hong Kong, Athens, Kumano(Japan), Asheville (US), and Seattle (US).
