6/2(mon) Satomimagae KANSAI Tour ’25

5月と6月の境目に、Satomimagae初の関西ツアーが敢行されます。

彼女は東京を中心に活動しているアーティストで、その作風は暖かさと冷たさの間を行き来する変化に富んだフォークとも形容されています。過去には、Chihei Hatakeyama主宰のWhite Paddy Mountainより2枚のアルバムを発表。 2021年にニューヨーク・ブルックリン拠点のRVNG Intl.へ移籍して4枚目のアルバム『Hanazono』を幾何学模様のメンバーが主催するGuruguru Brainと共同リリース。 2012年に自主制作のデビュー・アルバム『Awa』のリマスター・拡張版『Awa (Expanded)』を2023年に同じくRVNG Intl. より発表。

そして、この4月にニューアルバム『Taba』が同じくRVNG Intl.がリリースされました！今回のツアーはこの作品のリリースを記念して実施されます。

ツアー最終日の夜は京都で。会場は木屋町UrBANGUIDです。この日のライブは2部制にします。前半は、19時台に京都拠点の音楽家Luca Delphiと山内弘太とハラナツコのトリオ。途中に30分の休憩を挟み、後半は群馬拠点のエレクトロニカミュージシャン/映像作家であり、長きにわたりSatomimagaeと共作を続けてきたNorioが登場します。最後はSatomimagaeのソロセットで締めくくります。この日も「幻の湖」のarnoldboyaがアンビエントdjセットを披露します。

少し長めの休憩を挟むのはとにかくUrBANGUILDのおいしいお酒と料理を堪能してほしいからです。

この3日間のツアーは、どの日に来ても楽しめる内容・リラックスできる空間を用意して皆さんをお待ちしています。

At the end of May and beginning of June, Satomimagae will embark on her first tour in the Kansai region.

She is an artist based in Tokyo whose work is described as folk music that oscillates between warmth and coolness. In the past, she released two albums on White Paddy Mountain, a label run by Chihei Hatakeyama. In 2021, she moved to RVNG Intl., based in Brooklyn, New York, and released her fourth album, ‘Hanazono,’ in collaboration with Guruguru Brain, a collective led by Kikagakumoyou. In 2023, she released the remastered and expanded edition of her debut album, ‘Awa,’ titled ‘Awa (Expanded),’ also through RVNG Intl.

And this April, her new album ‘Taba’ was released by RVNG Intl.!
This tour is being held to commemorate the release of this work.

On the final day, Monday night, she’ll be in Kyoto. The live performance on this day will be divided into two parts. The first half will feature a trio consisting of Kyoto-based musician Luca Delphi, Kota Yamauchi, and Natsuko Hara, starting at 7:00 PM. After a 30-minute intermission, the second half will feature Norio, an electronica musician and video artist based in Gunma, who has been collaborating with Satomimagae for many years. The evening will conclude with a solo set by Satomimagae. On this day as well, arnoldboya from ‘Maboroshi no Mizuumi ‘ will perform an ambient set DJ.

We’ve included a slightly longer break so that you can fully enjoy the delicious drinks and food at UrBANGUILD.

This three-day tour offers an enjoyable lineup and a relaxed atmosphere, so we look forward to seeing you there, no matter which day you choose to attend.

Luca Delphi

カリフォルニア州 バークレー生まれのシンガーソングライター。ウィスパー・ヴォイスを用いたアシッド・フォークを基調とし、口承民謡、インディー・ポップ、アンビエントなどを織り交ぜた、壮美でありながら儚い歌を紡ぐ。2015年にファーストアルバム「So I began」を発表し、同時期に日本の各地で消えゆく民謡を唄い繋ぐことを始め、写真家・Miho Kajiokaの写真を迎えて2020年に民謡集 「摘んだ花束 小束になして」を発表した。坂本龍一、There is a fox、미스지음(misozium)など国内外の様々なアーティストとのコラボレーションを重ねる。活動は楽曲制作や作詞など音楽だけに留まらず、映画音楽、TVCM、ナレーション、翻訳、モデルなど多岐にわたる。2024年4月に3作目となるソロアルバム「NEWMOON」を発表した。

Born in Berkeley, California, LUCA is a singer-songwriter based in Japan.
Her work includes vocal performances on Ryuichi Sakamoto’s solo album “async”, as well as some recent collaborations with haruka nakamura. In September 2019, LUCA releases the album “Light Waves” in collaboration with Kyoto based singer-songwriter There is a fox.
After collaborating with various artists, her latest solo album “Japanese old folk songs – A bouquet of the meadow -“ was released in summer of 2020.
LUCA currently resides in Kyoto after living in various places such as California, Denmark and Paris.
Away from music, LUCA has provided narrations for commercials. She also does translation work in various fields.

山内弘太+ハラナツコ(碁)

山内弘太: 1986年生まれ。京都、堀川団地在住。ギタリスト。歌もの・映像・ダンスなど様々な形態、環境での即興演奏を活動の基盤とするギタリスト。折坂悠太などのバンドにも参加。堀川会議室などでの音楽イベント企画運営、サウンドエンジニアなど活動は多岐に渡る。KOTA YAMAUCHI is an experimental guitarist based in Kyoto, Japan.  His improvised performances use guitar as the sound source, incorporating pedal effects and found objects. 碁とは、ギタリスト山内弘太と、サックス奏者ハラナツコによるduoユニット。互いの位相をあくまでゲートとし、そこからどう通過/迂回/寄り道をするかーーそのプロセスにただただ身を投じるための、相対するものの配置のことを指す。
