最大収容人数は立食で約120名、全員着席で約60名です。
お料理の人数、予算はパーティ当日の4日前に決定して頂きます。
お飲物は当日お越しになった人数分をお支払い頂きます。
尚、人数には新郎新婦様分も含めさせて頂きます。

幹事様等の準備1時間、受付30分、パーティー2時間
お客様の退出30分、幹事様等の退出30分です。
準備時間はライブなどの出演者が多い時は２時間まで拡大出来ます。
予定より遅れてパーティーがスタートした場合、予定終了時刻をオーバーしても
問題ありませんが予定退出時刻は厳守して頂きます。
追加料金(お一人様500円 / 30分)でウェルカムドリンク or 時間延長も可能です。
[Time]
Standard duration is 4 hours. Preparation time 1 hour, Reception 30 minutes, Party 2 hours.
Audience out and clear the space in30 minutes.
Preparation time can be extended up to 2 hours if a live concert is involved.
If the party is delayed, you can extend the ending time, but please keep to the time table within the givenlength of time.
You can extend the time with an additional fee (¥500/30minutes a person).
料理の形式は、まとめてお出しするビュッフェスタイルになります。
2500円コースで12種類、3000円コースで約16種類です。
人数はパーティー当日の4日前に最終決定して頂きます。
ただし仕入れの都合上、ある程度の見込人数は随時お知らせ下さい。
ケーキカット用ケーキなどはご用意しておりません。

It will be served in buffet style.12 dishes for ¥2500, 16 dishes for ¥3,000.
Please confirm the number of people attending the party 4 days before the actual day.
However, please update the approximate number as it changes, in order for us to prepare the ingredients. We don’t provide a cake for cake cutting ceremony.

ライブなどがある場合は音響技術者人件費とシステム使用料として15,000円が必要となります。
ライブ無しの場合は司会用マイクとBGM機材使用料として5,000円です。
BGMはCDでご用意下さい。その他は外部出力のあるプレーヤーを持ち込んで頂ければ使用可能です。入退場のBGM程度であればこちらで操作しますが、パーティー中のイベント等における効果音、BGM等細かな打ち合わせを必要とする場合はオペレーターをお一人ご用意願います。BGMシステムの使用方法をお伝えしますので、担当の方は早めにお越し下さい。
プロジェクター(使用料5,000円)もご用意致しております。
基本ステージバックの壁打です。(5m×3m程度)
当店でご用意できない機材等について、原則的に持ち込みの制限や持ち込み料金の発生はございませんが事前にご相談のない持ち込みについては当日お断りすることもございます。ゲーム機材などはご用意しておりません。持ち込んで頂ければ使用可能です。
装花などはこちらから発注する事も出来ます。御相談下さい。
[PA System]
If a live concert is involved, ¥15,000 will be charged for a technician and PA system.
If there is no live concert involved, ¥5,000 will be charged for using mic for MC and PA system for BGM.
Please prepare your BGM in a CD.
For other music materials, you can bring a player with an output port.
Our staff can play simple BGM for entering and exiting.
However, if you want to play BGM or sound effects during the event, please prepare a sound staff at your end.
The person in charge of the sound operation needs to come to the venue before the event starts. Be sure to have enough time to learn how to use the PA system.
Projector rental for ¥5,000.
Basically, projects onto the wall of the stage. (5m×3m) If you bring in some technical equipment, please let us know in advance.
There is no additional fee for bringing in your own equipment, but please bear in mind that if you don’t inform us in advance, there might be a case that we refuse some of the equipment. We don’t provide any video game machine. You can bring it if you need.
We can order a flower decoration, please ask us if you are interested.
仮予約をして頂きますと、その日から1週間、希望日の仮押さえができます。
1週間後に本予約またはキャンセルのお返事をお伺いいたします。
仮予約されてから2週間ご連絡がなかった場合は自動的にキャンセルとさせて頂きますのでご了承下さい。
本予約の際は、予約お預かり金として30,000円をお預かりし、当日のお支払いに充当致します。
＊ 違約金について
本予約後に解約される場合、予約お預かり金は違約金に充当致しますのでお返しできません。
当日の一ヶ月以内の解約は予算総額の50%、7日以内に解約は、予算総額を全額お支払い頂きます。
[Reservation]
You can make and keep a tentative reservation for a week.
Please contact us within a week if you want to confirm the reservation or cancel it.
Please note that if you don’t contact us after two weeks from your tentative reservation, it will be canceled automatically.
When you confirm the reservation, we will ask you to pay 30,000 as a deposit, which will be part of your payment on the day.
*About cancellation fee. Please note that if you cancel your reservation after your confirmation, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel the reservation we will ask 50% of your total budget for less than a month before the party,
100% of your total budget for less than 7 days before the party.

1. Contact us by email or phone to enquire availability of your request date.
2. If there is no reservation on your request date, you can make and keep a tentative reservation for a week,before you confirm the date.
3. We will communicate about the details through email or phone call.
4. Meeting at UrBANGUILD.
5. On payment of the deposit we confirm the reservation.
6. We will communicate through emails if there is any change in the plan before the party.
7. On the actual day: We check the arrangement of the space, and schedule of the day.
